Humanity avoids suffering as much as possible. This, in a way, is our way of survival, of defense, but it is certainly not a real form of healing.

When we suffer or hurt, our deepest wounds are triggered. In return, we may escape, disagree, shut ourselves out, or attack in anger.

When someone or something hurts us, our minds are circulating, and the most accepted sentence is that I will never forgive you for that. This sentence is actually the voice of the ego that we reflect against the person / event that causes our pain.

Although ego is said to be the first thing in our mind, this concept is something that is present in everyone. Because ego means self and when our soul is burned, our self feels threatened.
